Go to chrome://flags/. In the list, find Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents and select Enabled. You'll be prompted to relaunch the browser.

I figured out how to enable dark mode for web contents (chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark). My logo had a white background so it looked like a box.

Simple javascript does the trick. Add a bookmark on your Bookmarks Toolbar, name it DarkMode and place this code in URL field.

When you browse in Dark mode or Dark theme in Chrome, your homepage, toolbar, settings, and some other pages will be dark.
